CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before appointment. If made within 48 hours of appointment - you are forfeiting the deposit and will be required to pay a new one to book again.
RESCHEDULING
Due to the increase in last minute changes - each deposit will allow for one reschedule (48H prior to appointment).
If you must reschedule a second time, you will be asked to send a new deposit in order to rebook.
REFUNDS
Brows by Yaz does not offer refunds of any kind. All deposits are non refundable.
